Common questions

I bought something but it doesn't show up.

Open the game, go to Shop → Store and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I remove ads?

Buy No Ads Forever in the Store tab. It also makes revives free. The 3-Day Ad Pass removes ads for three days.

The music or sound stopped.

Check that your iPhone isn't in silent mode. If you just came back from another app, tap the screen once.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the game?

Coins, records and unlocked heroes are saved on your device, so deleting the game erases them. Purchases are never lost: use Restore Purchases after reinstalling.
